LOCAL NETWORK / RTSP

Connect on your local network

  1. Use the same trusted networkConnect the iPhone or iPad and the receiving monitor or production software to the same Wi-Fi or LAN.
  2. Allow Local Network accessiOS uses this permission so the app can publish its RTSP, HTTP video, and control services to receivers on your LAN.
  3. Start the cameraSelect the lens, resolution, and optional audio, then start streaming. Use the complete address or QR code shown in the app.
  4. Connect the receiverScan the QR code or enter the displayed RTSP address in compatible monitoring or production software.
Security

Stream only on a trusted network and stop the camera when you are finished. Public Wi-Fi and client-isolated networks may prevent devices from connecting.

System permissions

Camera

Captures the selected lens for on-device preview, local-network streaming, and recordings you start.

Microphone

Captures synchronized audio only when you enable audio capture.

Local Network

Publishes RTSP, HTTP video, and control services to receivers on the same LAN.

Photos (Add Only)

Adds a recording to Photos only when you choose Save to Photos; it does not browse your photo library.

RECORDING & PURCHASES

Local recordings and Pro purchase

Recordings remain in the app's local recording library unless you choose to export one to Photos. The one-time Pro purchase is processed and verified by Apple StoreKit 2. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that originally purchased Pro.
